returning or exchanging your item is easy. for exchanges please contact us prior to shipping back the order. when we receive your item we will ship out a replacament asap.

for refunds simply indicate the reason for your return, include the original receipt and send the item to us in original condition within 30 days. once we receive the package we will credit your credit card account accordingly. please allow up to two weeks for the transaction to take place and to show on your credit card statement. it's that simple.
