More often than not, we focus on the what rather than the how or the why. We create grandiose goals and resolutions for ourselves (i.e. lose the last 10 pounds, squeeze into that teeny bikini), often forgetting to take a step back to ask ourselves why those goals are important to us. We dwell over numbers—our pant size, the calories in our lunch, our bank account balance—sometimes losing sight of what really matters most. (read more here)
