laughter is oh so important. when we learn to laugh we not only laugh at our self but at all the fun and joy this life has to offer. learning to laugh is accepting our imperfections as well as nurturing our soul. it is about reliving our childish state in which we gave our love unconditionally to us as well as those around us. when we let go of having to be perfect we can then loosen up and cherish which is really the most important things in life friends, family, health. so learn to laugh again much like when you were a child and watch your world shine... the universe knows.
